I see that the 27's built in England do not have...

I see that the 27's built in England do not have a notched transom like mine do. Maybe the plug was different on a 26'?

Not sure to be honest, when did they start making MTR's in Canada? A wild guess on year of production would be late 80's or early 90's.

I've tryed to get in touch with Cougar by all means...

I recently aqquired what is supposed to be a 26' Cougar Sportcat.
I measure the overall length to be 26 feet or 7.95meters.
Previous owner did not have any info at all...😖
