Hardin Marine thermostat housing leak

Any suggestions to get my (new)Hardin thermostat housing to quit leaking? Have tried two new gaskets and still leaks, gasket sealer??

Not positive on this but I’m pretty sure if you have twins, you have one left hand rotation engine and one right hand? That would explain why the pickup hose is on a different nipple of the impeller...

I’m almost positive this may be the case, have only had the raw water pump off one other time and couldn’t remember which way the hoses went so put them on the same as my dads Gen 6. Thank you

Yeah i couldn’t find any on there, was hoping to find the old style ones. I ordered a set awhile back but they look like 💩 , someone just copied a pic and print them at home or something.

3 to 4 blade prop.

Gonna pick up a 4 blade prop to try. Mercruiser 454. Bravo one. My question is when I switch to a 4 blade, do I go up in pitch or down or stay the same? Currently have a 23p 3 blade.

Have you put it in the water? Not sure if I was chasing a ghost or had two bad thermostats but mine is fine now, even idling it 15+ minutes on the hose.
