I think that the insertion was too tight high(not deep enough) and it has back pressure causing to rupture and spill out of tubing passage.

Thank you all, i bought new oil and put it in tomorrow through the valve cover holes with caps. also hopefully weather will be nice for me to remove/replace exhaust bellow too.
