Doubt that you would get 10# on an under driven B&M Blower. Attached is instructions with pulley sizes and boost. Lot depends on compression and engine size.

I just bit the bullet Friday and had The Blower Shop start the rebuild. It was 2k just to rebuild it. Only did it because I have a lot of accessories to go with it. Thanks

Wanted B&M or Holley 420 Mega Blower

My 420 went south. Actually rear bearing froze up and rotor went north (up) taking out case, rotors and rear bearing cap. I am looking for just a replacement 420 blower if anyone has one for sale....

Stuck Drives

Will give it a try later this week. Seems odd that both would do it at the same time, but have eliminated most causes except stuck rams at near same position. Will post results Thursday.

Bravo Upper Thrashed - Is lower worth repair?

Upper gears in pieces with metal shavings coming out of the lower drain. Drive locked up and cracked the cap. Lower spins and rotates smoothly but you can see the metal in the oil when it drained...

It is the cast aluminum pan that was standard on Mercury Bulldog engines of 540 ci, 500HP, in 1999 Gen 4. It is definitely not the 8 quart steel pan.

Need a little assistance here, please!
