I finally took her out this week and full advance was stable at 34 degrees at WOT. Thank you 28Eliminator and Smitty for the education!

Thanks for the quick replies. Makes sense regarding no load conditions. This stuff ain't in the manual. I'll throw it in the river in a day or two and see what happens and report back.

Didn't want to run it that high on the hose. Figured it was all in at 3500. No knock sensor activity according to the scanner. I'm leaning toward the ECM but checksum comes back with no errors.

If your using IE6, click tools, then internet...

If your using IE6, click tools, then internet options, then secuity tab, then trusted sites and add your banks url to the trusted sites list.

They are the pins on either end of the trim cylinder rams. Should be a plastic cap covering the nuts. Just measure from the center of the exposed screws in the center of the caps.
