anyone used lemon juice and a pump sprayer?

I use about a cup of lemon juice per gallon of water and spray the hull when I take the boat out of the water. I wipe it down with a damp towel with good results.

check that the oil cooler and oilcooler lines are not blocked. the lines can separate between the membranes and collapse internally. The can also flake apart and clog the cooler.

Ask around: a specialty machine shop can make them for you and maybe a few extra to sell down the road to recover your cost. Originally they were probably made by a job shop.
