2 10" driven with some decent power will hit hard in a nice sealed box. You are dealing with current issues as well. If you want good hitting power how much current are you willing to let your amps...

Guys,

If a amp fails to drive speakers as the volume increases then it is usually a Ohm's law issue. Recalculate the ohm load back to the amp and make sure that your amp will deal with the number...
