I’m glad I can say I own one before new ownership took over. Like someone said earlier in this post some of the luster is gone since the new ownership bought in.

no I’m using mercurys setup that the later model 500 efi used as a lift pump to get fuel to the electric pump. They are mechanical pumps.

I run mine the way the instruction at the battery switch tell you to. Never had any problems running it that way. I’m sure there will be varying opinions on this.

Thank you so very much, I take pride in my boats and you won’t find a better maintained mystique/boat than this one. Lives in my garage in the winter and boat lift in the summer. 55hrs on new motors...

If you go 3’s or 3A’s or 5’s your going to need the correct transom assemblies. Those drive will not mount to the trs transom assembly.

Make sure all the breakers in the cabin are on and the red push button breakers by the battery switches don’t need to be reset.
