I've seen spline grease at West Marine . It is listed in their catalog for $10.49
I don't know what is different about it. My merc dealer let me "borrow" some the last time I serviced my drive.

Is there another book out there with similar info for the 4.3 v6?? I know some of the info for the 5.7 would cross over but, I would like to find...
