Raw Water Pump Change over

My express crusier has 454 330HP engines with Alfa drives.

Can I elimate the outdrive pumps and install crank mounted pumps and through hull water pickups for better cooling ?

How reliable are...

Tom, Try CV parts, most of the high performance machine shops use their parts. I use the thick on my drag boat and have had no problems, Beware, you may have to retorque from time to time the header...

I would suggest taking a 12 volt test light and ck 12v power to both trim switches, then work the switches and ck out put of trim switches. If all is okay at switches, go to motor and ck same wires...

What is the end gap at the front and rear of the intake manifold, ck both sides with a feeler gage to make sure you have clearance and the intake is fitted correctly.

Also, the cam gear is pressed on a reverse rotation. The cam and the gearset is the only change from right to left.
Then your fireing order will be different on the left hand. On the Thunderbolt...
