My 2500 Suburban was rear-ended and the Insurance company totaled it because it has a one piece frame - which can't be repaired when bent. No body damage at all and they totaled it! So I checked...

Before you buy a 3/4 ton Suburban/Yukon for towing, check if the frame is one piece. If it is, like the 2000 I had, the frame will bend if you're rear ended and you'll end up having to replace it. ...
