Nose cone came loose (saw it before it fell off!). TRS drive, looks like it was held on by bondo? Maybe took in some water over the years and got soft. Was thinking of cleaning and prepping then...

Pulled the Starboard drive and it turns as easy...

Pulled the Starboard drive and it turns as easy as Port side when not connected to the trans.. so it must be the transmission that is giving the sensation of being harder to turn and not the outdrive...
