well, your axles I am assuming are hot dip galvanized steel, and the springs.. there is not much you can do to the springs, being that they cannot be galvanized. So yeah, sounds like you got some...

I stand corrected. The correct name for aluminum rusting is Aluminum Oxide otherwise known as rust.

Aluminum corrodes but it does not rust. Rust only refers to iron and steel corrosion.

ALUMINUM DOES RUST!.. That white pitting you see on aluminum trailers is aluminum rusting away. Obviously at a much slower rate than steel, but it does rust.

Pacific Trailers in Chino, CA actually offers that as an option now on their trailers. They are doing all the spraying in house..
