Anyone have an old or new merc swivel pin laying around they can throw a set of dials on and measure?? This one is 1.330" at the big square - I suspect it's much smaller than a stock pin...

Yup, j-tubes, machining a place the the fitting that the pump vents to - I'm good there. Just fuzzy about "sealing" the shafts. The one carb shop I talked to said they "no longer seal the shafts"...

Correct... just like Haxby said. Bob (RMBuilder) came up with a grind for me with .600/.595 lift that should have close the the same base circle to what the zz502 cam did so the lifters don't drop...
