Goodyear dealer just replaced four 215/75/14's for me with same issue you have. Mine were 5 years old with about 15000 miles but stored inside when not boating. Goodyear was good about it, cost me...

Horsepower governed?

I saw in Ford Brochure (fine print) that F-450 with 6 speed manual or auto trans and 4.88 gearing is governed about 25 HP less than 4.30 equipped truck. Has any driven both to see difference?
