Not overfilled. The gasket has a pretty good indention in it from use. It could be 20 years old possibly.

Just found my answer, My cap does have a gasket as part of the cap. Does not look to be replaceable. Off to get a new cap.

I'm guessing it has been repitched to 29 or a 30" pitch. It actually works good in holeshot and cruise. Just can not spin it enough for my HP. Thanks for the responses.

What rpm difference should I see from a Bravo 1 26" pitch to a Bravo 1 28" pitch? I ran them both this week. The 26" turned 5500 rpm at 73mph, the 28" turned 4800 rpm at 70 mph. The 26" is bone...
