Konrad drive clutch

Konrad advertises they do not use a cone clutch like Mercury and IMCO use. Does anyone know what type clutch system Konrad drives use?

I bought some used Bravo XR drives. I disassembled the upper to inspect gears, bearings and bearing race on tower. All looks good. Trying to reassemble, but having trouble keeping the +/- timing...
