one other thing the old original pictures of it when it belonged to the lady from new had the original seats in it.the ones now are definately not original.the originals seats had an aluminum rod...

speed with the in line 6's?--about 1mph for every hundred of rpm.they red line at i think 4600.i had one for 20 years a '72 model it is now in st louis still going strong.i had it in the bahamas...

here are more pics less the upholstery(being put in now)am varnishing the teak cabin doors,door sills , cabin sole ,and all trim now,once back from trim shop the dash pad gets fresh mirror...

pics of a rerig/repower,repaint,'79 28ss.boat came from houston,last fall.scott mander of speed and sport marine quincy fla(recently moved from south fla) did the job,nice fellow; nice work ethics.it...

i traded the entire package into scott mander ph 850-875-0381.outdrives were fresh water and in nice shape.transmissions were the same(merctrans),i also had one spare gimble and one spare...

i too had one of these,i liked it so much i owned it for 20 years in central florida.it originally came from miami.it was a 1972 came with old merc drives i think #1's if i remember right.i converted...

yes you can easily spary it,but you need a big needle.one year i used mary cates hull cleaner,to rid the bottom of tanic acid from the st johns river.it leaves a brownish/yellow all over the bottom...
