We have been to that sand bar a couple times. Never saw cops. Why would they care if the boat has a cabin or if it's over 30 feet? If anything, maybe a deep draft would cause them concern...

Another thing I like is having somewhere to mount a a decent size chartplotter. It seems most go-fasts only have room for a little 5 inch plotter, maybe a 7 inch at most Im accustomed to my 10"...
