I believe this is only required if the trailer is over 4500lbs. That would mean its a titled trailer. If your signature is up to date and you have a26 outlaw your trailer is not 4500lbs.

only problem is that a 502 mag is a gen 5/6 block and the dart is a gen 4, so your rotating assembly will not work in the dart block. At least your crank wont work.

the 226es turned into the 240 sport and was made untill 97. If it where made today it would be a 24 ft boat, but in 89 and 90 they where measured different because of some coast guard deal.

Thanks to Nissan 1/2 ton tow ratings have gone through the roof in the last 3-4years. I think a new F150 can be had with a 11k+ tow rating, but it still does not compare to towing with a 3/4ton...
