If there is any side-side play in the drive, the two tiller clamp bolts at the top of each gimbal ring need to be re-torqued to 50-55lbs. Yearly maintenance item.

Looks like it has less cockpit space than my daycruiser jet with saddle tanks did. The upholstery on the cabin seats looks to have been poorly redone.
I think he'll be lucky to get the $20K.

Very nice looking boat! Was it an actual Spyder, or a pre-version of it? I thought the Spyder wasn't released until '87. It does have the Spyder's black cabinetry.

Post some pics; I thought the Spyder wasn't released until '87, and all had the short windshield without teak. The bolster seats were an option for the Nova II's also.
