Ya the steam problem i think it was the water coming out of the water tower was around 45 (bc i was run n on earmuffs) and the lake was about 55 and i never saw steam and temp was 150ish now its jet...

Ya its a 236 rinker sport cuddy and im not sure about wide open is yet need to get timing set about 3000 rpm with load backfires and so lake like 5 mi from house so put back on trailer to set time...

even if i just got the engine back from the shop complete refresh and they put it together from oil pan to intake. I hope that wouldnt have missed something like that. I just pulled the impeller out...

Its the starboard side and the motor is a 454mag that i built up new cam intake carb ext. It is the water coming out out the exhaust the water is hot and steam n i have silent choice to so the water...

Had the numbers ran and i have a mark 4 block 454mag forged internals short block and rec heads 4 bolt main. So that doesnt sound to bad 480 to 500 hp is what im looking for so thanks for the info...
