where can i find engine Vent ( Louvered Vent ) for my Scarab 29.5 Racing year 1998 ?

I can not find this parts.

Silencer Exhaust

Dears,

I own a 29' scarab with twin engines 5.7 mag Mercruiser. I feed up with my silencer exhaust and no speed (( only 66 Mile )) !!
Can i change the silencer exhaust and but some lovely...
