That was kinda what I was thinking! The dealership said that they had it for two years..I know times are tough these days and the marine industry is being hit hard but there had to have been problems...

Thanks everyone for your feedback! I definitely knew it was a roll of the dice when I bought the boat...not knowing the maintenance on a 7 year old motor. I was just hoping to get through a season...
