We wiped it down with acetone and shot it with the styrene wax additive tonight. The non-waxed material was still very tacky.
I think we're ok. Fingers crossed.

Injectors were tested on the first failure. the top of the pistons are all the same (tanish in color). no signs of lean condition here.
