my boat is skipping need help.

i have 85 baja with a 350 mercruiser. motor only has 4 hours on it. it is running like crap all of a sudden... skipping or something. it will rev and idle fine its only under load. any ideas guys?...

wont shift into reverse

hey guys i got a used shifter from one of my neighbors and it is the same exact thing as i had. a quicksilver top mount. i installed it today using my same cables and it wont shift into reverse....

quick silver control help!

i have a quicksilver top mount control and the only way to get the damn thing into the throttle position is to hit the button with a hammer! can some one help me out with ideas and possibly a place...

need help with shifter

the shifter has a button on the side to push in and then you can throttle the motor except it doesn't work right. i push it in and it still engages the transmission. any ideas or where i can get one...

well i think i am just going to go the cheaper...

well i think i am just going to go the cheaper route because i plan on getting a newer one some time anyways. be silly i guess if i put all that money in to it and couldn't get it back when sold....
