One set left side was original manifold...

One set left side was original manifold (aluminium) right side replaced by dealer with New OEM mercruiser iron manifold.I was told aluminum manifold no longer available. Boat used for one weekend...

Mercruiser 496 Exhaust Manifolds (New Complete)

I have two mercruiser exhaust manifolds one has 4 hours on it the other about 120hrs. Both are complete with sensors ,risers,etc...... Removed for performance exhaust and sitting in garage.

Did i correct problem or made it worse?

Is this correct?? Port side water feed attaches to top of water drain actuator and main (raw water line) from transom attaches to bottom of actuator (according to first diagram) ? I rebuilt pump...

Barbed Hose Reducer?

Looking for a barbed raw water hose reducer from 1 1/2 to 1 1/4. Any suggestions on where i can find this. I have found in plastic but would like to find a bronze or brass one.

the 496 that replaced the 454 was complete...

the 496 that replaced the 454 was complete meaning it was a complete bolt in. i think i have that issue figured out. Have two things to change one is the raw water pump its worn and not pumping...

Havent been able to get out on it recently do to work schedule and weather but will try again as soon as i can get out! Had an issue with oil temp rising at WOT but new pump should correct that next...

for some reason i remember reading about a similar jabsco pump with matching front half. if im not mistaken that just needed the back plate mounted to it with sensor and it would work.
