I don't believe that to be true. 32' velocity weighs 6950 and a 32' Sunsation weighs 7100 w/ 496's. Sunsation definitely is not a slow hull. Tho Velocity is a nice boat I'm just a bigger Sunsation...

Sunsation does not make a 26' prob. a 28. I would hope you would beat him w/ twins in a 30'. Maybe you should run a 32 Sunsation w/ the same power you have and see what happens!
