I don't think their is a way to tell, with out replacing them. Maybe a phone call to the mechanic who did the "rebuild".:ernaehrung004: many of them can have a broken inner spring and be running...

if you are over 250 hours you need to replace the...

if you are over 250 hours you need to replace the valve springs, I'd be more worried on those than the carbs.:ernaehrung004:
