Hmm first time I've heard that. I've had Iac's go bad and motors wouldn't turn over at all.

To rule out the iac you can either swap them out...

To rule out the iac you can either swap them out left to right and test or bump the throttle when you start. See if it will run at 2000-2500 rpm. My guess is iac is fine. Usually with a bad one, it...
