Update: assuming the drives didn't get changed during the rebuild, they should both be 2:1 drive ratio.

I have not, but I doubt this is the issue since both engines are hitting the EXACT same RPM and have the same oil pressure (40PSI) and temperature (180° F) while on the water. I highly doubt they...
