Specs say you can use it with EOH, but why would spend twice as much money for a controller you don't need? The OEM controller works well and you don't have to bother with an install of something...

Exactly!! I don't know if my '19 would work without it or not, but it was already there for use with the old truck. All I did was plug in and go. Brakes worked like a champ.
