Not quite sure I understand your post--- I think you meant the dif between a roller and a flat tappet. ;)

wil ros, sorry forgot to ask what intake you're running as well? Were the heads ported by a reputable shop or someone who's known for porting heads? (don't need to know the name)

wil ros, has any porting work been done to the heads as they are? Also, what kind of carb are you running and what kind of exhaust system?
