Goldman and I blew one in the 35 Motion in about one minute at speed. This is before I bought the boat from Larry. Larry fixed it and it blew again. Turns out we found out it needed to be aligned.

The engine is internally balanced. :D :D

The photo looks odd, but it was sitting on the rear engine mount plate and a 4x4 wood block under the oil pan.

Actually there is not a single GM part in the engine or the block. It does have a GM V-8 firing order maybe that makes it a Chev. :rolleyes: 600ci 1400hp 16:71...

Shift those transmissions all you want. The default is second gear.The soleniod holds it in first gear, if it fails it goes to second (high) gear. I did a lot of research with the company and hi-perf...

I am sure they are aligned now or they would have blown. Just warning you to realign after rebuilding the engines. One thing I have learned about big blower motors is they like lots of fuel to live....

I noticed the blower pulleys do not align very well. Have the builder correct that. Maybe no big deal, but I do not like the idea of running the belt on each side of the pulley floating on the edges....
