I'm wondering if SBI realizes the impact this has, especially on P5. Does anyone know why the rule was changed. Can anyone find out? It would seem that they would have changed the rule to conform...

The new rule seems to push boats down a class. If the "average lap speed" is up to 69.9 mph for P5, doesn't that open up P5 to boats that can run in the mid to upper 70's? And doesn't that effect P4...
