You may have to do some prop work to get the rpm up over a hump. Then the motors may make more power and bring the rpm where it needs to be.

If you can get your hands on some stock 24's that...

Something is not right and unless you have some obvious prop damage I don't think it's a prop issue.

Too small a prop will not cause the problem you have. I would go over the motors to figure out...

What is the speed at 5000 rpm and what is the gear ratio of the drives?
