Wanna hear something even crazier? If the product is damges, lost, stolen...anything during transit they are not responsible unless you have insurance. We have had thousands and thousands in UPS...

Not that I know them or anything, but I would think that if you asked nicely they would let you keep the props for one more week...I mean who needs the exact set of props that you happened to borrow...
