So far, so good. Merc ran the Verado very hard prior to launching it for just this reason. The reality is that only time will tell.

OB- if you want factory it has to be Mercury (Verado or Optimax). We do however rig some of the boats with Yamaha engines. It costs a little more for non-merc, though because there is NO rigging on...

It is awesome. You also pay for awesome. There were a couple sold at the show. They went for 210-240K depending on options. The nicest feature is the center helm. It will be a winner.
