Theoretically yes, they share the same bolt pattern and should bolt right up. They although are different motors and the heads on one motor may sit higher than the other thus making your riser exit...

496 Exhaust take-offs/2 sets

We have one set of barely used Mercury exhaust manifolds for sale. These have extremely low hours and come with risers and hoses. These are like new and would be perfect for that 496 you have....
