That's what I'm saying....

We're paying higher prices on the water, yet the marina's and/or gas stations on the water don't pay road tax on the fuel they pump so in theory you would think it would...

Theoretically wouldn't that make the fuel 30-40 cents cheaper then on land? Or is...
