I hate to give out modified info, especially if I didnt do the mods. The best bet would be to call A-Z Speed and ask them if they modify any plugs or gaps and if the have done any...

Your 500 EFI's should take a Mercury part #33-59571 spark plug which is also an NGK #BR6FS and the gap is standard .035.. If by chance this is a carberated engine the same applies.
