Oh, perfect......based on the quick description you gave you seem to be trimmed reasonably ok with it.......as you know tweak as you go to find "your" sweet spot as everyone drives there boats...

Correct but turning them out will kill the handling and drop the boat far too much.........5 blades?......ok but the 7 blades worked a lot better and SPIN in.

The boat rides flat all the time and does almost feel bow down........your trimming sounds reasonable.
I had an 09, so do have experience.
Whatever you do......DO NOT spin props out, bad advise....
