The USCG will begin to close the river no later...

The USCG will begin to close the river no later than 11:00 AM. In some cases we allow passage into the spectator area until about 11:30 or so, but if things are not running smoothly we shut down...

As for hotels the room availability is pretty scarce. I am trying to get the Hyatt to free up some more, but haven't heard back. There are other hotels in town, but I'm pretty sure they are booked....
