I was wondering about your gear ratio in your transmissions ,and by thinking about your numbers ,it should be close to 1,20 :1 ,if so your propshafts turn 2666 rpm ,and that puts a huge load on those...

You can buy props for Arneson drives at : www.rollapropellors.ch ,they are also a Arneson dealer I believe ,they can cut any spline .
Also : Radice ,or Helice Radice propellors ,in Italie .
