Don't say they never break! :eek: I almost broke my jaw back in '92 when we were winching up the raceboat (leadsled of a 29' Mirage) and the cable snapped sending the hand crank flying around and...

Ditto Wobble,
I always have a safety chain and ratchet strap from the bow eye straight down to the trailer to keep the nose from bouncing. Also a ratchet strap from both stern eyes.
