PS: One of my initial concerns was how "durable" are the Air Docks? Are they abrasion resistant? Do they leak? or could leave a boat on one for a week or two without the Air Dock slowly deflating?

I am in a bay, there is about a foot or so of "Silt" on the top, under that its solid bedrock/limestone

What lift just "sits" on the bottom?
