Speed limits

Last year I would have said 105 was the number. This year it might be good to stay at 102. The reason I think this is to keep the speed limits close for all organizations. I am pretty sure OPA is...

With the rules of OPA maybe moving class 2 to a max of 100 mph. Keeping the speed at 102 would sound like a good idea if you want to keep it less expensive for teams to run both organizations. It...
