Your floor is bonded to the stringers huh? Mine was only nailed with galvanized nails. Tabbed to the hull, I was able to get the Sawzall between the floor and hull and it cut pretty easy.

There's some good advice, with the rear bulkhead...

There's some good advice, with the rear bulkhead out you might be able to hammer a thin piece of wood or something soft in underneath the bottom of the tank from the rear to slowly get it loosened up.
