Printed out a unit from PCNation.com for 495.xx and brought it to them. West Marine had them for $699. They changed there story to we only accept prices from brick and mortar places and not online...

I think i'm going with the 440s so it can also be used as a bottom sounder/fish finder. Anyone know the best place to go? West Marine wants 699 plus 199 for the transducer. :eek:

same problem with the one above. Just cans for channel markers. The area i boat in is all shipping lanes so there are channels criss crossing everywhere and rocks all around them so its pretty vital...

this is what i'm trying to figure out. All i can see are red and green cans everywhere but no "lines" defining what red and what green make up the channel. You wouldnt know what green and red to go...

I'm looking for a smaller 4-5" color GPS that has depth contouring and something more than some dots to designate channels. Anyone have some suggestions?
