he had the wrong stat, 160 instead of the 120...

he had the wrong stat, 160 instead of the 120 whipple sugested. motor runs 160 @ wot. and now runs consistant speed.

Whippled 496HO running hot

Test drove a Daytona with a 496HO with a whipple kit. Ran awesome and sounded way cool. After a few high speed passes it ran the temp upto 185 to 190. Is that normal? Top end wasn't as good after it...
